Jaenae and Matt created a container that felt both professionally held and deeply personal — a genuinely safe bubble from the outside world for the entire week. The ceremonies were authentic, the food was exceptional, and every detail felt intentional.

As someone who came with a lot of skepticism, the medical safety screening before arrival and the professionalism of the facilitation put me at ease immediately. The 8-day format gave enough time to go deep without feeling overwhelming. Three ceremonies over eight days is exactly the right pace.

The beach trips between ceremonies were unexpected medicine in themselves — salt water, open sky, and space to breathe. New Life Rising understands that healing happens in the transitions as much as the ceremonies. The integration circles after each ceremony were genuinely useful.

Waking up there every morning — surrounded by that landscape, with the yoga session beginning at sunrise — set a tone that carried into each ceremony. The environment is inseparable from the experience.

The facilitators have over a decade of experience each, and it shows. The ceremonies were held with a precision and care that I haven't encountered at other centers. The music was beautiful, the pacing was thoughtful, and there was always someone present for each person however they needed.
